Group Childbirth Class

birthing class fort worth
Birthing classes DFW

There are so many options for childbirth classes, so how do you choose?

Bradley, Lamaze, Hypnobirthing, o my! So many options! Non-medicated or maybe you want all the interventions? Waiting to go into labor naturally or maybe the plan is to induce...

The point is... you shouldn't have to choose one type of class and hope you chose well. You need to know everything before you can make those decisions.

This is where we step in! A comprehensive birth class that dives into everything about later pregnancy, labor and delivery, and the early post-partum, including walking you through all the interventions offered by most hospital systems. We talk the mechanics of labor, pain intervention strategies (both medical and not), and even how to make sure you know how to protect your pelvic floor.

Next 7 Weeks Series Starts Thursday, January 25th 6-8 PM

What Past Students Say!

I am so happy I signed up for these birth classes. Since I found out I was pregnant I knew I wanted to take birth classes but just didn’t know what to look for and how to find classes that were small and in person. When I saw the flyer for these at my chiropractor it was like a sign jumping out at me. I couldn’t have picked a better birth class and am so happy I found it! I also, don’t know that I would’ve been able to find another birth class out there that had a pelvic floor specialist teaching it as well. Would 10/10 recommend to any future mom and dad’s out there!

We loved that it covered so many different areas surrounding birth and was very data driven. The information about the positioning/comfort measures involving the pelvis and location of the baby was really helpful.
— First Time Parents
We are so grateful we took the course! It helped us make informed decisions and feel confident with those choices going into birth as first time parents. Information is presented with the research backing it and without bias. The class format is packed with content but presented in a way the keeps your interest the whole time. It’s also nice to be in a room with other parents-to-be figuring it out together.
